On December 13-14th in New York City the new Black Power Movement was born. When the question was asked at the Great Debate, "Was Barack Obama's Election Good for African People?" We had an answer. The answer is “YES!” The momentum and positive feelings that candidate and president elect Obama is creating amongst Black People worldwide is good because we are poised to seize the time, organize and fight for the critical and strategic interests of Black peoples like never before. Thus a new Black Power Movement was born.
The Black Power Movement is the fastest growing, broad based alliance of Black Peoples who are committed to the principles of self determination. If you believe in power for Black People- that we should control our own destiny- the Black Power Movement is for you.
We are calling on new leaders, teachers, activists, elders, students, businesspeople, spiritual persons, clergy, revolutionaries, organizers. bloggers, rappers, laborers and every Black Person of every stripe that want to be part of an organized, active movement for complete constructive change for our people.

In the coming weeks you will be updated on our efforts to recruit 10,000 strong into our movement. This is not for a march- we are organizing all the talent that we have come into contact with over the years and delivering 20 permanent National / International and Local Ministries within the Black Power Movement that are scientifically designed to elevate the condition of African peoples worldwide.
We are inviting you into over 300 local organizing committees and Ministries we setting up all over the cities and towns of America and the international Black Diaspora. These include Ministries of Activism, Ministries of Education, Ministries of Health and Well Being, Ministries Of Arts and Entertainment, Ministry of Technology, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Politics, Ministry of Culture, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Various International Ministries and more.
Please be patient with us, because a nation and movement are not built in a day. Revolution is a process. What we are doing is not wishful thinking. As the leader of the New Black Panther Party and Black Lawyers for Justice, political candidate, former Million Man March organizer, Million Youth March Youth Director, Millions More Movement National Co-Convener and chief organizer for Dr. Khallid Muhammad, I have the necessary knowledge, training, education, experience, contacts and respect amongst the people and leadership to help make this a reality.
What I need is your help. I am not asking you to come and follow me because that is not my objective. I am merely an administrative vehicle, strategic organizer and workhorse for the people. I am merely asking you to come to a movement that can benefit you in what your already doing and properly connect you to like minded people in struggle.
Come join a movement that makes common sense- that will rely less on rhetoric and more on policy and action. Come join a Black or African United Front or an OAAU-Organization of All African Unity. This is where the new leaders will be given light! The Black Power Movement is where grassroots activism will be given the respect and attention it deserves! The Black Power Movement is where we together will make sense of the complex, multi faceted forces and personalities that make up the life and struggle of Black or African peoples.
Look forward in joining you in organizing for the total liberation of our people. The first National Conference on the new Black Power (East Region) will take place in New York City from March 27th -29th 2009. The second Black Power National Conference (southern region) will take place May 22-may 24th in Atlanta Georgia. These conferences will be short on talk and long on action. Above all, please help us to secure 10,000 pledge cards so that we may commit 10,000 card carrying members to the Black Power movement and if we move together in the right spirit we have a chance to alter the course of the future of our people..
